AudioFetch Help
- Ensure you are connected to an AudioFetch-enabled Wi-Fi Network.
- When first installing the AudioFetch App, choose YES on “Do not optimize battery usage” or “Ignore Optimizations” to ensure clear audio. Delete and reinstall the AudioFetch App if necessary.
- Audio quality may be improved by closing other apps.
- Closing and re-starting the app will often resolve any issues.
- Audio quality is dependent upon network strength and traffic. Please ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal and close proximity to the access point.
- If the audio quality is poor, please ensure your version of the AudioFetch App is the most current by visiting the app store.
- Some Bluetooth-wireless headphones may cause audio disruptions or glitching. Please try listening with wired headphones, or the device's speaker, to determine if Bluetooth headphones are the issue.
